These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the DreamBuilds website located at DreamBuildshomedesigns.com (the "Website") and the services offered through the Website ("Services"). The Website and Services are operated by DreamBuilds LLC ("DreamBuilds," "we," "us," or "our").

All house plans, designs, drawings, specifications, and related documents (collectively, "House Plans") displayed or sold through the Website are owned by DreamBuilds or its licensors. When you purchase a House Plan, you acquire a license to use the House Plan, subject to the following terms:
The DreamBuilds name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of DreamBuilds or its affiliates or licensors. You may not use such marks without the prior written permission of DreamBuilds.
"User Content" means any content that you submit, post, upload, or transmit to or through the Website or Services, including comments, reviews, feedback, suggestions, ideas, and photographs.
By providing User Content, you grant DreamBuilds a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Content in any media or distribution methods now known or later developed.

All prices displayed on the Website are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions in pricing.

You are responsible for any sales, use, value-added, or similar taxes applicable to your purchase.
Due to the digital nature of our House Plans, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds except in cases where the House Plan is defective or not as described. If you believe your purchase is defective or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of purchase.

DreamBuilds DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE, SERVICES, OR HOUSE PLANS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE WEBSITE, SERVICES, OR HOUSE PLANS ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
DreamBuilds DOES NOT WARRANT OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE USE OR THE RESULTS OF THE USE OF THE WEBSITE, SERVICES, OR HOUSE PLANS IN TERMS OF THEIR CORRECTNESS, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DreamBuilds, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Website or Services.
The Website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by DreamBuilds. DreamBuilds has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that DreamBuilds shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.
DreamBuilds may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Website and Services, without notice, for any conduct that DreamBuilds, in its sole discretion, believes is in violation of these Terms or is harmful to the interests of another user, a third-party, or DreamBuilds.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.
Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Website or Services shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States or the courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, in each case located in the City of Boston and County of Suffolk. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.
At DreamBuilds' sole discretion, it may require you to submit any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Website or Services, including disputes arising from or concerning their interpretation, violation, invalidity, non-performance, or termination, to final and binding arbitration under the Rules of Arbitration of the American Arbitration Association applying Massachusetts law.
No waiver by DreamBuilds of any term or condition set out in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of DreamBuilds to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
If any provision of these Terms is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other agreements expressly incorporated by reference herein constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and DreamBuilds regarding the Website and Services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the Website and Services.
DreamBuilds reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion.
